Some positive discrimination going on here. To the question “Who is the most influential African-American of your lifetime” voters responded as follows:

1- Obama
2- Slash
3- Oprah

Of course, we don’t take it all that serious. Obama hasn’t provided us with a decent health care system, nor provided us with peace in the middle east. We’re not saying that Slash should therefore be on top, but we do think that way. You can check the list here.

On a more serious note though, the Black List project has set itself a goal. That is revealing and explaining what it is like for a black person to live in America, from different perspectives. We suggest you take a look on their site!
